We currently deliver across Ravet, PCMC, Pimpri, and Chinchwad. Delivery radius varies by brand. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
Minimum order is ₹65 for delivery. No minimum for pickup orders.
Yes! All 14 RICHS brands are produced in our central kitchen. You can add items from multiple brands in one order — one cart, one checkout, one delivery.
Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay. All online payments are secured and encrypted.
Zero platform commission. You pay only for what you order. No hidden charges. This is our core promise — direct ordering at the best price.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. WhatsApp us at +91 88550 61800 with your order number to initiate a refund.
Food & Quality
Yes. Our central kitchen is fully FSSAI licensed and audited monthly. Every batch has a trace code for full food safety compliance.
Yes. Every menu item is clearly marked veg (🟢) or non-veg (🔴). We also offer Jain-friendly options — just mention in your order notes or ask our genie.
Yes — add your preferences in the order notes at checkout, or tell Ji Mere Aaka (our food genie) your preferences. We remember your preferences for future orders.
Catering & B2B
Yes — from 50 to 5,000 guests. We handle corporate canteens, hospital meals, weddings, events and institutional daily supply. Submit a B2B enquiry at richsglobal.in/enquiry.
Yes — OnTrack Catering and Nourish by RICHS handle daily institutional supply. Contact us at b2b@richsglobal.in for a custom quote.
Account & Loyalty
